Nebuchadnezzar’s army (El ejército de Nabucodonosor)
The army of King Nebuchadnezzar sets off, ready to start the expansion of his empire.

The first tapestry shows the army of the Assyrian King Nebuchadnezzar, who could well be the character represented on the right side, riding on his saddle, dressed in the oriental fashion and holding a sceptre under the attentive look of his men. He seems to talk to one of them, who could be Holofernes, a general in his army. There are two walled cities in the background.
